The food was quite good, but also fairly pricey. I visited for breakfast on two occasions. During my first visit, they did get my order mixed up; I had requested grilled chicken but received fried instead. Thankfully, they got it right on my second visit. View all feedback.
The staff was very friendly, but they seemed a bit distracted. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my mobile carryout order before I had to approach the counter to ask for a status update. I understand that things can sometimes get overlooked, but I could clearly see my order on the board in bright red. Meanwhile, cars were being served quickly at the drive-thru.
Chick-fil-A consistently delivers excellent food and outstanding customer service. This particular location is situated in a very busy area, yet the lines move quickly and the orders are always accurate.

Used to be very reliable but now over my last 5 visits, something has been missing from my orders and I've had to return for them to correct it. I guess I'll have to pull a McDonald's move and sit in line to check the contents of my order first. Neverhad to do that with CFA but that's a different story with this location. I will say they're always apologetic.
I have been into the specific Chick Fil-a restaurant in Kedron Village and drive through for over the past 15 years. Recently with the 2 persons working the parking lot the last four times we have been to the place we have chosen that route and ordered 3orders on each visit. These orders occurred during the day time at various times during the week and prior to the dinnerrush. The orders are for the two elderly persons in the car and autistic nephew who was at home and not for anyone else.09-19-2022 at 435pm we went into the place and was NOT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, FORM, OR FASHIONED, HELPED by the small framed youngblack girl working outside. She said she could only do 2 orders and we would have to go inside. Then she told me to pull to theside while the 10 cars behind us were helped. I Do Not Appreciate Discrimination Against Elderly Persons. I am 62 years old andcan barely walk and my 82 year mother has to have a walker to struggle.
