we celebrated our high-time anniversary. there was a little confusion about the open table reservation, but it was quickly and politely resolved. each of us ordered another dish of ribs to healed and all enjoyed our meal. our services were attentive, but not intrusive. wonderful evening. What User doesn't like about The Smuggler's Rest:
The setting is spectacular (on the top of a cliff overlooking the sea), the staff were brilliant but sadly the food quality was the wrong side of average. It wont stop us from visiting again, fingers crossed it was a one off. View all feedback.
I'm unsure if I would suggest this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, but the food was lackluster.
This is a wonderful restaurant with delicious food and excellent service.
We were celebrating our friends' wedding anniversary at this restaurant. There was a slight confusion with the OpenTable reservation, but it was resolved quickly and politely. Each of us ordered a different dish, from ribs to halibut, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was attentive but not intrusive. It was a wonderful evening.
I don't know if I would recommend it. the ambiente is good and it is nice and warm, but eating was disappointing.
It is great to eat also, the service is so beautiful.
