Ricky's All Day Grill Parksville

Breakfast was awful. Hashbrowns were undercooked, eggs and hashbrowns were greasy and server was extremely slow and incapable of taking more than 2 orders at a time. Service was very slow. Server knocked over a caddy of preserves, picked up said caddy and kicked the spilled preserves under a table. Would not recommend breakfast here even if it is free with hotel stay.

We had been here once before, shortly after the remodeling of the resturant and were not very impressed, but decided to give the resturant another chance. We were again very dissapointed! Our previous visit, my alfredo dish was served cold and the pasta undercooked. This time, My wife's Fish entree, was extremely Greasy, my Clubhouse, was acceptable, but the service was less than stellar, slow to bring the order, offer to refill coffee was not offered, nor was there anyinterest shown, as to whether our meal was ok or not. I refuse to leave a tip for poor service, bad food, and an uncaring attitude by the staff. I do not believe a tip needs to be left to support a poorly paid waiter, or waitress, when theydont seem to care about the job, especially when a clubouse sandwich and a coffee, is in excess of $20.00. I have been taken twice by this resturant, There will not be a third oppurtunity. Final Answer- GoodBYE

Great family restaurant. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Excellent kids menu, lots of options. Went for dinner. Will have to be back again to try the breakfast menu

Food tasted good. Waffle is one waffle cut in quarters, nothing else on plate, very underwhelming. The other diner in our party had an overly filled plate, so between the two dishes we were full. Service was prompt and attentive.
