Meneice took me there for supper the other day. I was impressed by the choices on the buffet. The food was hot and tasty. That is their favourite place to eat. They come Friday m High Prairie to come eat here. Service was excellent as well. View all feedback.
What Dale W doesn't like about Kita North:
Took the spouse and kids for supper one evening rather than going home to cook. For three adult buffets and the 2 little ones on the kids menu was $80 and no drinks with that. Buffet was pretty slim, however the food was tasty and they did have sushi in an attempt to make up the difference. Salad bar was Greek and tossed with some cut up watermelon and cantaloupe on the side. The place was pretty busy so maybe I am b... View all feedback.
Very friendly staff and a great place to eat. Food was a bit cool in the buffet for me and some was a bit greasy but all in all a good place to eat. Buffets are always a bit of a hit and miss. Ordering from the menu is more for me as I can get what I like.
Not sure what happened to this pla ce but service was terrible, from waiting to be seated, to ordering, to waiting for food etc. Was there probably 2 hours. Used to be a favorite but won't be back.

It's hard to find good Chinese food in these parts, but I have to say Kita North is one of the few. The restaurant is clean and the food is very good. They have a great buffet. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very pleasant. I have not had a poor meal there yet. Just had the wor wonton and it was packed with goodies.
My company regularly sends me to Peace River for business and Kita North is my regular favourite for lunch. I've eaten their from their lunch buffet many times and it's always a very nice variety. The Sushi that I've had here is as good as any I've had in much larger cities, like Vancouver and Victoria. I find the prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is always consistent. Some of my colleagues have ordered chinese dishes from the menu and been very pleased with the flavour and quantity of their choices. I definitely recommend this restaurant
