What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Had to give a 3 star this time as I bought an icecream cake that water had been dripping on top of the container and had ice built up on it. Some may say so what but I did not feel that it was to a standard I am use to from DQ. Had to scrape it off before putting it in the car. I give the staff a 5 star as they were welcoming and friendly when we walked in. View all feedback.
FOOD expect what you order... then go from there. . SERVICE ..the young fellow at the service desk was very patient (there were no other customers there). We often choose to eat in. (Unless it's just coffee and/or ice cream then it's drive-thru). The last visit in was very typical for us. Ordered chicken strips with dip. (I'll maybe try something different next time). The children got kids meals, but we had to keep running up to the front to remind them of the parts which had to be brought out one by one.. Strips..... Dips......applesauce..... milk..... ice cream.... Good thing we were eating in. Ambience WOW!!! So So many FLIES!! Ugh. I asked for a fly swatter. The helpful young fella went to the little lady worker for help didn't get help, (she was very very unhelpful, so he rolled up a bag for ME to swat them with. I feel there were so many flies enjoying the food establishment. I do hope they get some control over this and wipe down all the food preparation areas before I go back for eating either in or drive-thru next time.

Very impressed with the service, clean, fast and food was hot.
Consistently a good experience at this point. I loved the 2am run thru many, often in the night shift!
