I open the bag only to find I'm missing food... read more I ordered on their app. The driver did not ring the bell as instructed and the food got cold out on the front step. I open the bag only to find I'm missing food from my order. I know the missing food wasn't the driver because it still had the seal intact.To make things even better I tried to contact them through the app and email and they are ignoring me.

I have had several orders wrong with them. Called manager and she will talk to the staff. She didn?t evensay she as sorry. Didn?t offer a credit for next visit? nothing. Very disappointing. Doubt I will go there again. Tired ofpaying for something and not getting it.

I called the restaurant... read more I ordered food through DoorDash at 5:30, and around 6:30, my Dasher informed me that he was at the restaurant, but my order was missing. I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered said my name wasn't in their system, so I provided my order details, but she insisted they didn’t have it. She suggested I come in, and just as I was on my way, I received a notification that a new Dasher was en route. When he finally delivered the food at 7:45, it was cold and soggy. I paid $40 for my meal, which was not worth it at all. It’s worth mentioning that the restaurant is only 20 minutes away from me, yet I received my food two hours later. I didn’t want to go inside and risk getting anyone sick, as I’m not feeling well.
