I am pretty upset with the last few times of ordering. The first time I ordered some pizza and 18 wings. I was delivered the pizza and only 6 wings. When I called to let them know we were missing 12 they said they would remake and have a differentdriver deliver. And credit the account. After another hour of not receiving them I called and they said they should have beendelivered but I assured them they had not. She was polite and said she would remake the 12 wings and get them delivered asap. Iwaited another 1hr 30min before I got them. When received it had the original time made as 3pm I got them at 5:30. The driversaid he was sorry he got stuck in Mapleton. So I got old stale and cold wings. Was not happy that the lady lied saying theywould get remade and sent to only get old cold wings. This time around I decided to order a pizza with my credit from last timeand pay the difference and the tip once it arrives. The driver called and I couldn't understand him at all, so I texted h withno response. I called the store and let them know that my pizza still wasn't here. They apologized and said they will get itremade and delivered by a new driver. It has now been 2 hours since I originally ordered the pizza and still haven't gotten it.When they said it would only be 30 min to get here. Well I tried calling the store and I keep getting hung up on, no one isanswering. So we will see how much longer it take to get my food for my family. Super disappointed and wish I didn't spend mymoney here in the first place. This location has significantly gone downhill in the last 2 years. Waste of money that I can'tget back for food that's probably not fresh for a second time around.

My local location uses Doordash and not their own delivery drivers this causes the delivery to be more expensive, and the system is flawed. My pizza took 2 hours, I paid via Apple Pay in the Pizza Hut app, and then the Doordash driver came and askedfor payment. He had no information other than what he was initially given and spent 30 more minutes on the phone trying to findout what the issue was. The food was cold, I was never given adequate answers or good service from Pizza Hut. The Doordashdriver was the only decent part about this experience. He even texted me an apology he was so kind, but not associated withPizza Hut so they do not get the credit!
Extremely rude. I placed an order online thinking it was delivery and after an hour of it not showing up I called to get an update. I was told that it came through as pick up so I could come get it. The woman said it was hot and fresh, I said I didn 'twant pizza that was an hour old. She said we will cancel the order, your mistake is our waste and then she hung up on me.Regardless of it was my mistake or not, being treated like that was a joke. Nobody called me to tell me my order was sittingthere either. Ridiculous. That woman should not have a job in customer service.
