Love this place! We come here all the time! They even have a punch card if you ask. Fun flavors of the week. It’s always clean and pretty fast. Good syrup/ ice ratio. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Glacier Pass:
The restaurant has a youthful vibe, but this time it had a smell reminiscent of an old sock I once found among my brother's things, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the male staff didn’t seem to take responsibility for cleaning up the area. It also took an unusually long time for our food to arrive. View all feedback.
I'm not sure what's happening this year, or if it's just the staff I've encountered during my visits, but I've been consistently disappointed. They used to be fast and accurate, but this year has been quite the opposite. I've experienced barely any syrup on one occasion, no cream (just a thin layer on top), and what seemed to be a half-and-half mix that didn't taste right. The service has been extremely slow, and the staff doesn’t seem very happy. This used to be my favorite place, but now I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere to avoid these issues.

Glacier Pass is the best shaved ice place around! The employees are truly amazing! Highly recommend Glacier Pass
I don’t know what’s going on this year or if it’s just the staff I always end up running into when I go. They use to be very fast and accurate but this year I’ve had nothing but disappointment. Hardly any syrup one time, no cream, cream only on the top, mixed favors when it should have been half and half, wrong flavors, very very VERY slow, and very unhappy staff. This was my favorite shack but now I’m getting to a point we’re I might start taking my business elsewhere so I don’t have to deal with this.
