We tend to love Domino’s but this location is TERRIBLE!! We have tried 3 different times, in the last 6 months, to get pizza delivered by this location and they have either been 3-4 hours late cold, messed up or left stuff from our order, OR our pizza comes completely destroyed. We tend to love Domino’s but this location is TERRIBLE!! We have tried 3 different times, in the last 6 months, to get pizza delivered by this location and they have either been 3-4 hours late cold, messed up or left stuff from our order, OR our pizza comes completely destroyed. Toppings and crust completely separated, box open, and pizza hanging out of the box. Not only does the delivery suck, the customer service does too. They never answer the phone or it rings for 10 minutes, just for them to hang up on you. Do NOT waste your time and money with the Payson UT Dominos!
Have waited over 45 mins for my order more than twice, because they forgot about it!!
I placed an order for an altered extravaganza pizza. when I arrived home with the pizza I discovered it was made incorrectly. I called and explained my situation and the manager had me take a picture of said pizza for proof, which I did and sent. She then apologized for the mistake and mentioned she would add a credit for the pizza to make it correctly next time I called in. That was on Sunday. Today, I call in and Ashley answers. I ask to have my pizza made and Ashley rudely explains there is no voucher on the account and there's nothing she can do in fear of getting in trouble. All I want is the pizza I ordered to be made correctly. Horrible service
We just received a delivery from here, Food was cold.All 4 pizzas looked like they threw them on the floor then put them back in the box.Toppings were scarce.Sauce was scarce.The pizzas were more oval than round.Probably the worst Pizza experience I have ever had...
Absolute joke. App said 15 minutes, tracker said ready, got to the store just to be told it would be another 1 hour wait for my order. I said I didn't want to wait, and they threw a fit when I tried to cancel. Haylee was in a bad mood or something, and it showed in her customer service. No apology, no offer of coupon/compensation for my time or anything. Terrible customer service, absolutely terrible.
