Super tasty cookies and great customer service! Some crumbl locations have been a bit slower but this was faster than most and the cookies were fresh, even slightly warm. I love it. The store front is really cute. I like how they always show you the cookies before you leave with them. I have been to Crumbl several times and every experience is great. But I have to write a review based on the product. The cookies are terrible. Terrible. I don’t understand the hype from people. The cookies are underbaked and tasteless. Love the cookies! My only wish is that they’d put some dark chocolate chips in some for us dark chocolate lovers.
