What A R doesn't like about Ming Guang:
Been ordering here for years, but sadly been noticing lately food is not how it used to be. Lomein is literally dry noodles with pieces of beef and cabbage no carrots no scallion nothing else no flavor. General Tso chicken tasted like overcooked breaded rubber. Disappointed, I’ll be going elsewhere. View all feedback.

I ordered Chicken and Broccoli with garlic sauce and chicken fried rice, as well as baked chicken with orange sauce and white rice. I also tried the Chinese restaurant across the street near KFC, but this one is far superior. At the other place, the chicken fried rice was a pale white/yellow color with hardly any vegetables. Here, the rice is a vibrant yellow and loaded with vegetables and flavorful chicken. I don't judge this restaurant by its appearance or prices; times are tough for everyone, and some maintenance issues like a few burnt-out ceiling lights may not be their fault. I've seen plenty of landlord negligence over the years. I come here on breaks from work when I’m craving Chinese food, and I enjoy sitting down to eat. The staff is also very friendly.
I've been ordering from this restaurant for years, but unfortunately, I've noticed that the food hasn't been as good lately. The lo mein was nothing more than dry noodles with a few pieces of beef and cabbage—no carrots, no scallions, and lacking any flavor. The General Tso's chicken tasted like overcooked, breaded rubber. I'm disappointed and will be looking for another place to eat.
