We've been dining at the Copper Chain since last year, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food has been excellent overall. There was only one meal that didn't meet the usual high standards, but I consider it acceptable. As long as the service remains at this level, we'll continue to eat there a few times a week. We visit the Copper Grill at least once a week, usually in the morning, and have always found the staff to be friendly and the food enjoyable. However, our recent experience was quite disappointing, and we likely won't return. We waited over 30 minutes for one of our meals, and our drink order was incorrect, taking 15 minutes to resolve. Breakfast Buffet was excellent, didn't order from the menu. Waitstaff was very attentive. Busy place with lots of cars in the lot but no waiting to be seated. Tables were clean, no visit to the restroom. Will revisit again. Recommend.
Ordered two orders of biquits and gravy to go. Excellent waitress, prompt, smiling and very efficient! Asked if I needed plastic silverware. Said yes please. She quickly added them to my bags and thanked me for my ordering with them and told me too enjoy my breakfast and two have a great day! Food was great with plenty of gravy but lacking suasage\meat.
It was quite delicious. The waffles was crisp yet fluffy. The patty melt was juicy, cheesy and had just the right amount of sweetness from the caramelized onions. I quite recommend coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner as all of the food is quite delicious.
Great food and service. Very clean restaurant. Kathy was our server she is nuts. Hahaha thank you so much. My family lives in Gobles and eats here often. I was passing through on my way to Missouri and met up with them great place
