What ahelmholdt doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
For some reason this McDonalds is committed to heavy use of their numbered waiting lanes even when slow. Long waiting times and I consistently see cars who came after me get their food before me even with a very simple order. They’ve lost my business. So many other choices. Poorly managed facility. Very understaffed and chaotic inside- drive thru line was out to the street and hordes of people standing around aggravated at the lack of service- never got to get food as it seemed we would wait over 30 minutes
Ice cream machine was down and gave food to wrong person
This paw paw location is the the worst location there is..everytime I go there the buns are hard and stail and the sandwiches are super sloppy..the food always taste old..I keep coming back hoping it would improve and everytime I'm wrong this will be the last time I go to that location..this place needs to hire managers that are gonna put there foot down when comes to things..you can still make it a fun place to work just make sure people are doing there jobs correctly
They did a great job except the cashier misread the screen. Not fast food is perfect. Still love it
Their prices are just getting ridiculous in today's economy you have to get a part-time job just to go out to have a bite to eat ridiculous
