I owe this review to the professionalism of the owner. Intrigued by a place where quality fresh tortellini are produced, I went in to ask for half a kilo of tortellini to taste at home. They were producing very fresh ones, but the journey would be too long to get them flat. The frozen ones would not have held up in half a day of travel. The owner's honesty deserves mention. Prefer to give up the sale rather than to taste an altered product. I can only repay this act of honesty with this mention of merit. I will remember you dj and I will warn you when and if I will have the opportunity to pass in the equipped area. Thank you
