This is a typical italian osteria, where locals meet. friendly staff, very helpful. We had perfect pizzas and pastas, moderately priced. Situated on a quiter piazza, in front of the monumental church.

The octopus was great, very tender, which is not easy to do (and I know it, I'm from Portugal and we eat a lot of octopuses). The staff was very friendly, but notice this is an unpretentious place, not a fine dining restaurant. Decoration was also nice and the beer price was a nice positive surprise. A good choice to go in Pavia. I recommend it.

The staff were very polite, the indoor design was good, but 9.5 euro is really not fair this pizza. P.S. In their reply they say 2 euro is coperto, everyone knows that… even in the photos I provided, you can clearly see… this flat margherita pizza cannot be 7.5 euro, this is not a fait price. Nearby, there’re a lot of places, cheaper and more delicious pizza is available.

Excellent experience, warm welcome, attentive and friendly service, especially from the young man. The dishes were quality. We ordered mushroom risotto, pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola, etc. Everything was very good. I confess I would have liked to try the pizzas too. Recommended
