The manager... read more Ordered our food at 11am for a 12:15 pickup . Got to store and was told we entered 2:15 when we clearly had email confirmation that they were 12:15. The manager said “ we are short staffed and have several orders ahead of you “ I asked him why those were more important when we ordered also . He shut the door on us and would not answer phone . We got out of drive through so we didn’t block anyone else but seems suspicious. We placed 4 orders , the last one placed was ready but the first 3 were not . All our cards were charged and we are just trying to cancel the orders and get our money back
