One thing I appreciate is that when you choose a larger size, they separate the rice from the meat, allowing you to portion your meal as you like. The gentlemen working there are very friendly. The first time I ordered a few years ago, I was a bit confused about the sizes listed (like how small is a pint and large is a quart), but they were more than happy to explain it to me. This place has become a go-to for me, along with Paulding China Wok and Defiance Hot Rice. It just depends on where we are at the time. Next time I order, I’ll be sure to post some pictures because the food is definitely worth sharing—especially if you live in Defiance, it's worth the drive to try it out. Just a note about parking: it's a small strip mall, so you may find spots taken up by customers of the grocery store and other nearby shops.
