100% great expérience! Verrry friendly staff from the start nice setting inside and on patio I wanted to order 5 6 different things! So we’ll have to come back but we had Gravalax Saumon Guacamole Burger Roast beef salad froid And wowww so good Seriously best burger in Lausanne and I’m a Lausanne burger expert We will come back.

Very attending service, cozy atmosphere. Everyone is very skilled and professional. Amazing seafood, great selection of wines. I enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend. Thanks a lot to the whole team!

Always fantastic service and great flavors and presentations. We are always so happy to eat here. We have been there for dinner and for lunch and both are equally great experiences!
We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child. Johann, our waiter, was fantastic. He made sure we enjoyed a great evening while being ever present but never intrusive. The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere cosy and classy at the same time. We will be back for sure. Thank you to the whole team of the Brasserie de Paudex. You're all doing a great job!
