The whole experience was fantastic. The restaurant design is a contemporary laid back look, this ensures a relaxed atmosphere. The service is excellent and all the staff are highly knowledgable. We opted for the 7 course menu with accompanying wine journey. Every course was excellent, well explained and masterfully executed. The price for this meal and service would be double in Paris or London so it is excellent value.
We visited Pau and went here on our 1st night. Staff were very friendly and informative. We chose the menu découvert so had no idea what was coming. Made the mistake of ordering wine first so couldn’t do the wine tasting bit. Food was excellent. Really enjoyed would definitely go back. Not cheap but worth it.
