Hidden to all this restaurant is a real small happiness with real traditional dishes.
Very good meat... excellent service and great reception....I highly recommend
Andouillettes frites and pie tatin a real treat. I always come to the holy Estephe when I pass to Pau. Boss and waitress very nice.
