The gumbo didn't really taste like gumbo. The celery was hard, so I kept spitting out celery every other bite. The cracklings were pretty good, and the service was great. I didn't really like the shrimp,i felt like it could have been cooked just a little more. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
