I placed my order through the mobile app for a vanilla cold brew with extra cream. However, what I actually received was just a plain cold brew without the sweet cream. The most frustrating part is that there was no line at the time; I would have understood if they were busy, but that didn’t seem to be the case.
The staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly. The service is lightning fast. I highly recommend trying their paradise drink!
I stopped by for a coffee on Thanksgiving morning, and although the store was quite busy, the gentleman taking orders was cheerful and polite, which made the experience really enjoyable. He is definitely the biggest asset of that location.
The staff is friendly, but the service lacks organization and efficiency. Orders were served in a different order than they were received, and there was no recognition of the wait time.
I ordered a caramel macchiato, and it turned out to be mostly just milk with syrup. I couldn't taste any coffee at all. I was really disappointed and won’t be returning here again.
