Spent 100 plus on dinner for the family get home and it's all wrong very skimpy on the bigger plates can't answer the phones when called brought back food with receipt and still trying to get attitude and blame us very
I really like the food at Expana Express but, when they want, they serve you well and always give you very little food for the price you pay. Today I bought 3 bowls online and the chow mein was pure cabbage.
Went to this panda on Tuesday, December 5 around 3 in the evening and me and my sister both got a plate. We both got orange chicken and I got honey walnut shrimp and an eggroll. My orange chicken was inedible. it tasted old even though I saw the freshly fried chicken being placed. I was so hungry that I ate the shrimp but that orange chicken is my favorite and it was horrible. Im not sure it was chicken, but whatever it was it was old and chewy and nasty. I took an entire plate back in there, except for the shrimp, including the old soggy egg roll that I never even touched. The way it looked it shouldn 't have even been sold. The girl told me that when the mgr came back they would give me a gift card for a meal in the future. The manager Hortencia came back after like 10-15 minutes and gave me nothing but attitude and trouble, even though we had just spent 30 dollars in there and I was still starving! I told her about the chicken and she said I just ate the orange chicken and it was fine. She was never nice or accommodating, first told me that they didn 't have any gift cards, then she tried to bring back a card that could only be used at that location, which I was driving though and would never go back! After about 30-45 minutes of going back and forth and her asking of the receipt a thousand times and making us wait, Hortencia ended up giving us a partial refund and didn 't even include the tad in the refund, even though we paid for it. Don 't waste your time going here, just keep it moving. Rude service and horrible horrible inedible food!!! I wouldn 't even take my dog here!Hortencia, I think she was the manager, she is horrible and should never work in customer service. The high school kids can do a better job, she needs to be demoted! If I could give a zero star I would!
