The Dunkin' in Pawling is the largest and cleanest Dunkin' I have ever been to, with the friendliest and most courteous staff. I would consider moving to Pawling just to be near this Dunkin'. Workers in drive thru need customer service training. They hand you back your change without looking at you and slam the window in your face. Please provide some adequate training for these workers. Also please get them to smile and say thank you and have a nice day.
