Workers in drive thru need customer service training. They hand you back your change without looking at you and slam the window in your face. Please provide some adequate training for these workers. Also please get them to smile and say thank you and have a nice day. I frequent this location and usually do not have an issue with service but today 1/5/25 was the exception. We arrived 9 am in drive thru ordered 2 donuts that had to be yesterdays left over. The donuts were hard and not fresh. When we told the kid at the drive thru he just grabbed the bag and brought two more old donuts. We said something and the kid couldn’t have cared less. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone in the morning and they are serving last nights donuts. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Rude and slowwww... 5 staff and one other customer in store... one on drive through and I was ignored for 20 minutes! I will get Starbucks gift cards instead. Absolutely ridiculous! Service: Takeaway
