Love those gizzards this place gets all the scale skin bits off good job

I was at home craving a good burger from Carters, so I decided to call and check if they were still open. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone had a really unpleasant attitude. Before I could even finish my question, she abruptly told me they were closed. I tried to respond politely with a simple "thank you," but she just shouted "okay, bye" and hung up on me while I was still speaking. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. Carters really needs to train their staff on how to deliver good customer service, as it seems that no one at the establishment understands the basics of professionalism and respect. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 star.

The staff is incredibly friendly. For takeout during lunch, the prices are very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend trying the hamburger, small hamburger, onion rings, baked beans, flounder sandwich, individual wings, catfish, and fries.

Fantastic food and service! While the exterior may not seem impressive and could use a bit of updating, the food is outstanding!
