The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who were quick in preparing the food. I’m not sure if the city has implemented strict COVID-19 safety measures, but it was the first time I’ve seen a restaurant take such care for the safety of both workers and customers. The employees only served soda while wearing masks, which I truly appreciate. I commend this Burger King for their dedication to customer safety.

Since I commute to San Francisco for work, it’s turned out to be a great place for a quick breakfast. Each time I've visited has been a pleasant experience; the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. What stands out even more is the exceptional staff I've encountered during every visit. Although I've come across some negative reviews about this location, my experiences have been just the opposite. I believe the manager's name is Erika, and she is a wonderful leader and a true asset to the Burger King brand. A big shoutout to Erika and her team! Thank you all for becoming an important part of my daily routine.

The staff interrupts you w... read more Every time we visit, they seem to be out of something—meat, shakes, fries. While that can happen, the service is truly disappointing. The staff interrupts you when you try to place your order and they come across as annoyed when you’re trying to finish. It would be great if they could hire friendlier employees.
