They serve fantastic coffee, provide qui... read more This restaurant is a blend of Baskin Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts, and we decided to go with Dunkin'. What's not to love? They serve fantastic coffee, provide quick service, and although the menu might not be the healthiest option, it is certainly delicious. The staff is friendly, and parking is easy to find. It’s conveniently located near the Rt. 22 exit off the highway in Paterson.

For some reason the staff at an ice cream parlor doesn't know the difference between chocolate and cookies and cream ice cream. Each time they ignored my order and gave me 2 cookies n cream shakes instead of 1 chocolate and 1 cookies n cream. I let the first order slide but the next 2 orders (tonight being the last) I requested refunds from Grubhub. 3 strikes and you are out. There are other ice cream places that know what chocolate it. The staff seems to co... read more I’ve ordered from Baskin-Robbins via Grubhub three times in the last couple of months, and I keep encountering the same frustrating issue. The staff seems to confuse chocolate with cookies and cream ice cream. Instead of receiving one chocolate shake and one cookies and cream shake as I ordered, I've consistently ended up with two cookies and cream shakes. I overlooked the first mistake, but after it happened again, I requested a refund from Grubhub, and I had to do the same tonight. Three strikes, and I’m done. There are plenty of other ice cream shops that can tell the difference between chocolate and cookies and cream. Come on, get it right!
