While... read more I will not be returning to this restaurant. It was quite dirty, and many of the sodas were unavailable. They also didn't have any cash to provide change. While I was there, I noticed about six employees, but some were just standing around. There is no excuse for the lobby areas to be in such a messy state when there were plenty of employees on duty.

I went to the drive-thru to order lunch, and just as I was about to place my order, the employee informed me that they only accept exact cash or card payments. I had cash, but it wasn’t the exact amount needed. This was incredibly frustrating. The management clearly needs improvement! I usually have no issues at the A&W in Turlock, so I ended up leaving and going to Jack In the Box next door instead.

The auto-response fr... read more Every time we visit this location, we encounter issues. Based on other reviews, it seems we're not alone in experiencing poor service here. The auto-response from the A&W owner stating, "We're very sorry about this experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and will ensure this is addressed with the team here. Thank you!" reflects a lack of genuine concern for the situation. A&W should really vet their franchise owners to ensure they maintain industry standards and protect their brand's reputation. I hope the owner of this franchise takes their responsibilities seriously, addresses these issues with their staff, and implements significant changes. Otherwise, they are damaging the A&W brand with their negligence and lackluster responses. We will definitely not return to this location until it is under new ownership.

The floor was sticky and there was a puddle of standing water in front of the soda machine.
