I was told I have to get the fries and that I could not substitute them for cheese curds and pay the difference. Never again!

The plant was dirty. The guy in the line caused the dining room to tear the pot. We love A W, but this franchise really needs a deep, deep cleaning. read more The plant was dirty. Not to mention, had us pull... read more Stopped here ?quickly? on our way home. Woman at the window was rude and unprofessional. Did not repeat order, nor give me a total. Not to mention, had us pull around to the parking lot and wait for our order for over 20 minutes! Also, when we finally received our order it was not correct or complete. My husband had to go in and correct the order to get the rest of the items. I have now been sitting in our car for over a half hour waiting. Inside, he still has not been helped. We will not be visiting this establishment again!

While... read more I will not be returning to this restaurant. It was quite dirty, and many of the sodas were unavailable. They also didn't have any cash to provide change. While I was there, I noticed about six employees, but some were just standing around. There is no excuse for the lobby areas to be in such a messy state when there were plenty of employees on duty.

I went to the drive-thru to order lunch, and just as I was about to place my order, the employee informed me that they only accept exact cash or card payments. I had cash, but it wasn’t the exact amount needed. This was incredibly frustrating. The management clearly needs improvement! I usually have no issues at the A&W in Turlock, so I ended up leaving and going to Jack In the Box next door instead.
