Roti Restaurant - Patna

Bad customer service. No sense of talking to customer. If a person is ordering something and the restaurant is not able to place that order because the order cost is less than their minimum charge then they can simply tell this thing.

The family of ours went there for dinner. We ordered kebabs and main course. After waiting for an hour, we were informed that the kebabs fell down, so he was unable to serve.( And this was inspite of asking 2 to 3 times in between, we were informed that " Aapne kebab order diya hai, usme time lagta hai" ). And when we were coming out saying will not have food now, their " decent" waiter replied " Chod dijiye". And when I informed this to the manager, he was uttering " Udhar baithe the ye log " I want to ask whoever the owner of this place is , just stop making money and put some sincerarity and discipline in your business.

The restaurant was good sometime back but has deteriorated significantly in last few years. The food quality is not what it used to be and the ambience not upto the mark as well.

It USED TO BE good...but can't say the same for now. Though the all time budget restaurant in the city, it offers the the average taste. The service should improve...

Roti used to be a good restaurant im the older times, my recent visits here confirmed me that it had lost it's shine, even though the food is still good, they will charge u a dozen of service charges and vat that's just not right, and the waiter will try to earm more by not including a dish you ordered in the bill but will still ask you to pay for it, which will go to his pocket. Evenings are crowded specially if u visit there around 8. There are other restaurants that you can consider near it.
