Attempting to reach this establishment by phone has proven to be pointless. I've called repeatedly over the course of several days, but I've never gotten a response. How can a business operate like this? It seems like no one is available to answer the phone. On top of that, whenever I visit to speak with a store manager, they are never present after 7 or 8 PM. This is incredibly exasperating, especially since my wallet is locked in their safe and I can't retrieve it without the manager being there to assist me.
This restaurant could benefit from improved management and the availability of hand sanitizer for customers dining indoors to ensure their hands remain clean. The staff should consistently keep the tables wiped down and tidy. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an emergency restroom available for customers' convenience. Moving forward, hiring more capable staff would greatly enhance the overall experience.
The staff at this restaurant were exceptionally professional and friendly, making sure that our dining experience was quick and efficient. Moreover, the food at KFC was absolutely delicious, particularly the chicken, which was simply irresistible. LOL.
Great service and cleanliness. It would be helpful to have hand sanitizers available for customers dining inside when the restrooms are closed. The manager and staff are very friendly. A pay raise would be well-deserved, especially for the drive-thru employees working night shifts.
