Worst service ever they reject costumers at the door and they send them back to the drive thru when is only 6pm no i wouldn’t recommend this D&D at all
Love this particular location! The staff is friendly and Hardworking!! My order is always right and tastes just how it’s supposed to!!
I was quite disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The new staff seemed unmotivated and unfriendly. I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:30 PM and placed my order, but when I reached the window, the employee simply locked it without saying a word. I waited for a while as they went about their tasks inside, completely ignoring me. Even though they were scheduled to close at 10:00 PM, they had already started shutting everything down at 9:30. When I asked if a manager was available, I was informed that there wasn’t one present. I plan to address this issue in the morning. The rudeness and lack of concern for customers were entirely unacceptable, especially as a loyal patron.
