Worst service ever they reject costumers at the door and they send them back to the drive thru when is only 6pm no i wouldn’t recommend this D&D at all

This Dunkin' is by far one of the worst locations you could visit. The employees are excellent—friendly and kind, truly great people. However, the manager is completely the opposite. The store itself is clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the food quality is very poor, rating just 1 out of 10. Customizations like adding cheese, changing bread, or extra meat are completely ignored; they will not accommodate these requests unless you return and make a fuss. Terrible service—customers are turned away at the door and directed to use the drive-thru, even at just 6 PM. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ at all.
