D'carbon - Paterson

This is the best place to enjoy Peruvian cuisine! The food is bursting with flavor, the meats are juicy, and the shrimp with sauce are simply perfect. The drinks are fantastic as well. They even have happy hour from Monday to Thursday. I’ll definitely keep coming back to try different dishes!

The food and drinks were fantastic, but I have to echo the sentiments of other reviewers regarding the waitstaff. While we didn't require anything during our meal, no one came over to check in on us. That said, the food was definitely enjoyable.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but the customer service is terrible. The staff often responds rudely when you ask for an extra sauce, and if they mess up your order, they try to make you cover the cost of their mistake. Additionally, I've had consistent issues reaching them by phone; I often have to call 20 times just to get someone to pick up, and even then, they hang up without saying a word.

Went to D'Carbon with my family for dinner. Most of the food was pretty good. My steak was a bit salty. My kids loved the rice and the rotisserie chicken. The green sauce is amazing! The drinks were also pretty good and can't complain about prices. We sat in the outside area, and there was a strange smell; however, it could have been from any of the surrounding places. We had a nice experience and I would go back again.

I had D'Carbon's today and the food was absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely be returning!
