I ordered the Whole Chicken with Chaufa for my mom, and she said it was the best grilled chicken she has had in a long time. The Chaufa was tasty, and the salad was fantastic as well.
The chicken had a delightful smoky flavor and juicy texture. The lomo saltado was also very enjoyable. Overall, we were satisfied with our meal and not disappointed.
The roasted chicken did not have a good taste and the appetizer was badly packaged, causing food to spill out of the shells and make a mess.
Excellent service from our waiter Jose. Very kind and attentive. The food was delicious. I recommend it.
I was scammed. If you're reading this and you're Peruvian, let me tell you that they claim the chicken is cooked over charcoal or wood, but that's a lie—the name is as false as the flavor of the chicken.
