Service was terrible. They had run out of vanilla ice cream, don 't carry strawberry ice cream or hot fudge, just choclate syrup and carmel and they only had a few other ice cream flavors to choose. When I asked about the problems I was given non-committal answers, that they didn 't know anything . Yes yes! They have the spicey chocolate ice cream! (Chocolate del fuego) the best ever!
This place is always nice to go to in the mornings actually noon and night time it gets very full here.
This place doubles as a Dunkin Donuts, which is a plus if u like donuts. The Baskin Robin section is decent. They don't restock the ice cream as often as I would like. The banana split is what I usually get. This spot is usually packed. Lots of ppl use it to charge their phones so u may or may not get to sit and enjoy ur meal, head up.
Very bad service,people don't pay attention to orders of customers and they start to clean floor when customers are eating
One person working and they charged me 8$for a ice cream cone with 2scoops n approximately 5 sprinkles which I had to pay for more sprinkles insane
