I've been coming to Frank and Joe's my whole life; my family had a tradition of buying a pie every Saturday and eating together. My parents came to the United States in 1986 and lived across the street from the pizzeria. We loved the staff and coming every week to get delicious pizza. They took 30 minutes to make a grilled chicken Cesar salad ? the chicken wasn't grilled it was the chicken from the freezer at the supermarket it was white and uncooked. They actually sprinkled Parmesan cheese on the salad. There was nothing Caesar about that salad. I had to throw the whole thing away.It was a disgrace.
