It’s our first time in Valencia and this restaurant was recommended to me by someone who lives here so I had really high expectations. We made a reservation for 2 pm and came out that it was almost 4:30 pm after having to wait over an hour for our mains. Considering we only had 1 starter (same for the 3 of us) and 1 main each I thought that was unacceptable. The waitresses seemed to be avoiding us and just interested in looking after the locals. When I inquired about the long wait for our food I was told that the food needed at least 45 min to cook. Unfortunately, the fish paella that we ordered was almost inedible, the saltiest thing I have ever had. My husband’ steak was tiny and totally average. Maybe we just had a bad experience but after leaving almost the entire dish I would have expected the manager to ask if anything was wrong, especially as we had just spent 2 hours there waiting and trying to get their attention for the bill. I would absolutely avoid this place for both service and quality of the food.
