Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff, delicious food and a nice shop to buy fun South African gifts. The service is not great the wait was very long (more than 2 hours! and no one came to give an update on our food or apologise for the inconvenience. Luckily the wait was well worth it the food is absolutely amazing! We ordered the roosterkoek with biltong and cheese, the beef burger, the fig bacon pizza, the calamari wrap and bean soup with roosterkoek. All equally delicious! If the wait wasn't so terribly long we would've stayed for dessert the milkshakes looked so good! The stunning view over the mountains makes this a wonderful place to enjoy a meal also a great place to bring the kids. We will visit again hope the service and wait is better then!

We have been to Padlangs before when the food was great but the service was slow. Yesterday our waitress, Joy, was excellent. She was attentive and friendly and really looked after us really well. She is an asset to your business!

Amazing service. Mavidene is very friendly and attentive, she made us feel right at home. Padlangs is also pet friendly. Great outdoor seating. Great food and a cute shop. Somewhat disappointed at the size and stock of the shop. Lots of special places for beautiful pictures.

Like everything about the place especially the view, the big portions of food, the warm welcome from staff members and always willing to go the extra mile to give you excellent service

The place is amazing for families and the staff are so welcoming and consistently helpful. Sometimes you get good service and subpar food but this wasn't the case. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. I'd definitely visit again.
