Was Anonym at The Cheese Patch a mag?
We had an amazing experience during our first visit here and we will certainly return. The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The cheese, along with the other dishes, was absolutely delicious! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about The Cheese Patch:
I contacted Dr. Agbomian, and after just two weeks of using his herbal remedies, I felt completely healed from HPV. I’m no longer a patient and I’m thrilled to be free from the struggles I faced for two years. I highly recommend Dr. Agbomian to anyone dealing with HPV or herpes symptoms. Perhaps if you were actually open when the hours posted reflected you would be, a better rating could be listed. Went there this past Friday to purchased a platter and although hours listed as an 11 am opening, passed by at 2 pm then again at 3 and still not open. Went to Uncle Giuseppe's and purchased an amazing cheese platter. Not very professional of The Cheese Patch, just saying............................. Food: 1
Went here for a daytime date on my anniversary. It was a very cute place and we sat right at the window to look out into the town. The service was amazing and they were super friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cheese and Wine Pairing
We went on jazz night! What a wonderful gem of a place! Much much better than expected! Fantastic service, the food and wine were incredible! Pretty sure we'll be back very soon! Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Cheese is vegetarian! The crackers are too! We explored some new cheeses to us and really enjoyed!
Went after the Christmas parade it was really nice. A good selection of wines were available there was seating at the bar tables. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I wish I could tell you about their cheese and wine selections but unfortunately this establishment is does not follow their own hours, and instead decide to open and close whenever they want! They were closed at 5:30 on a Thursday and were not yet open at 1:30 on a Friday. The absolute bare minimum a business can do is abide by their own posted hours. Thank you, cheese patch, for wasting my entire lunch break out of sheer carelessness. Service: 1

The best cheese in the game. If you're not consulting with the Cheese Patch for your cheese needs, you're letting yourself down.
My new favorite place! Quaint and quiet with an amazing selection of boutique wines and delicious cheeses. The owner, Paige, makes you feel like a friend and not just a patron. She is knowledgeable in all things wine and cheese. This little, family run place is classy, yet unpretentious. We always feel welcomed and Paige will sit and talk with you. We always leave smiling!
The owner Paige has the best cheese on LI and is the most professional, kindest business owner I’ve ever met! I have been to almost every winery on LI, but my husband and I have found some our favorite wines here at The Cheese Patch. Paige is always offering us samples of cheese and wine when we come in. Don’t skip this place!

Went with my friends for the very first time. We had such a great time, Samantha was an absolute all star! Great service, she made us feel comfortable and we had a great time with her as our bartender. We are definitely coming back! Also the cheese platter we got was delicious.
This restaurant is amazing - the people and service are excellent! The cheese and wine selection is outstanding.
My husband and I have had a gift certificate for this place for YEARS. For years, every few months we've made plans to go to the Cheese Patch. Every time we checked the website for their hours, go to the store and find the store closed. Today, my daughter and I wanted a special lunch out with her favorite food, cheese. I once again checked the website, they open at 11AM. We get there at 11:45, they were closed and the door said they opened at 1:00. So we walked around a bit. We went back at 1, closed and went back again at 1:20 and they were still closed. So for at least the 6th time in the last few years we went to another place and the gift certificate showing its age stayed in my wallet. We enjoyed our food at another place and while we walked back to the car we saw the cheese patch open at 2:15. I was tempted to walk in and talk with whomever would listen but saw them serving a customer and decided they already wasted more of my time than I wanted to give. So, I'm sure the food is fantastic but I wouldn't know. My review will stay until we have the chance to really find out.
An excellent local cheese shop in the heart of Patchogue. Great for choose-your-own cheeses to go, lovely boards of cheese with dried fruits and nuts to enjoy there or to take with you to a gathering (or home for yourself haha . They create all different sized boards for events, parties, and holidays if you need a sharp looking charcuterie to bring with you somewhere. The Cheese Patch is a cute little spot you can sit and hang out with friends or family while sipping on wine and snacking on charcuterie. They host live music nights and other cool events and specials depending on the time of year. (You can stay in the loop by following their social media. The owner, Paige, is very knowledgable about cheese and wine and gives great recommendations so definitely ask if you are looking to try something new!

This is the best cheese shop I've ever visited! It's clean, cozy, and the staff is friendly. The prices are fair, and the service is always prompt. Be sure to try the crackers and jam – you won't want to miss them!
