Reviews summary
A neighborhood spot with bright highs and frustrating lows: friendly, attentive staff, generous portions and standout dishes like chorizo flatbread, tequeños and well‑cooked steaks, plus parking and tasty desserts. Inconsistencies—slow or incorrect orders, spotty cocktail availability, occasional cleanliness issues and jarring loud music—undermine what could be a hidden gem. Best for casual date nights or adventurous diners who can forgive variability.

I don't even know where to start. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant that didn't offer crunchy tacos or ground beef on the menu—this should have been our first red flag. I ordered the pork belly, which is usually one of my favorites, but it arrived only fried on one side instead of evenly crispy all around. The chicken wings were nicely breaded, but the fries were just average. The chicken quesadilla was unfortunately burnt to a black crisp on the bottom, completely ruining any flavor it might have had. My friend ordered the steak and eggs, which had a strange taste and caused him to feel very ill later on. The only highlight of the meal was the margarita tower—our main reason for dining there—though you need a minimum of four people to order it. After this experience, we definitely won’t be returning, even for that. Additionally, while my friend was sitting in a chair, the leg of the chair broke, causing him to fall straight to the floor. They deducted 10% from our bill, which hardly compensates for the stomach aches we left with. To top it all off, I saw a bizarre mural of Jeff Goldblum covering the bathroom wall, and I cannot forget the paper straw wrapper we found in our cup of ice. The waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted water; we had to request it after we finished our meals. I’m truly sorry, but I have to leave an honest review.
Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. It wasn't until the last five minutes of our visit that they finally played some music, and when they did, it was so loud that it was nearly unbearable. The food came out quickly, but instead of the flatbread we ordered, we were served a small pepperoni pizza. If we had wanted pizza, we would have gone to a pizzeria. The dishes looked appealing on their website, but the reality didn't match up, leaving us feeling unsatisfied. To make matters worse, we had to ask three times for our check, which was frustrating, especially since we were the only customers in the place. Overall, it was a terrible experience—subpar food, an uninspiring atmosphere, and an overall letdown. We definitely won't be coming back!
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly. It's evident that they are still working through some minor issues.

The food was delicious, and the service was genuine and attentive—the waitress was incredibly sweet! The margaritas were refreshing, making this place a hidden gem. Plus, there's parking available!
The food was delicious! The prices are much more reasonable now compared to when it was a more upscale spot.
Extremely unprofessional with low-quality food and rude, untrained staff. There are much better restaurants nearby that are worth your money. I waited two hours for just two empanadas, which ended up greasy and overcooked. I had to leave because I wasn’t willing to tolerate that. Went up the block to Aroogas and had a fantastic experience instead.
We had a rsvp for 6. We actually came on time and was the first people sitting down. It?s 710pm and we still haven?t received our appetizer but 4 white family was seat 10-15 mins after us. They got there meal and about to check out. This is insane please don?t come here if your a minor.

The staff is very friendly, and I can see they’re still working out a few issues. There was a cocktail menu, but unfortunately, I couldn’t order anything from it. The owner and bartender made a decent margarita. I had a mediocre appetizer, but the chorizo flatbread was fantastic!
