Service was great as well, good team work.Kid-friendliness: Had highchairs and staff were attentive to kids needs, such as crayons and paper.

While some of my issues are on a case-by-case basis, there are a few consistencies I have noticed with my visits that remain. On my first few experiences, the food has been not only underwhelming due to lack of flavor, but also further disappointed me when accompanied by the fact that the food is served as cold as it is. Another consistency is the inconsistency of the menu. The only thing I actually enjoyed from this restaurant were the mozzarella sticks (the only item that came hot). I really truly hate to give a one star review, but I truly was not enamored by any of my visits. It will be quite a while before I see myself returning once again. Hopefully when I do, I can change this one star into something better.
