Reviews - Chipotle Mexican Grill
Reviews summary
Dining at the Patchogue Chipotle has drawn mixed reactions, primarily reflecting disappointment. Many patrons noted a hurried atmosphere and indifferent staff, contributing to a lackluster experience. The food, often criticized for inconsistent quality—such as undercooked rice and wilted lettuce—failed to impress. In stark contrast, other locations reported exceptional experiences with friendly service and fresh ingredients. Some customers even expressed their commitment to traveling further for better quality. While certain dishes received positive mentions, others suffered from stale chips and excessive noise. Overall, a visit to the Patchogue location leaves much to be desired, urging diners to explore alternatives.

Hard to find complaint with this Chipotle store. Service was fast and uniform. Store was more-or-less as “clean” as any other store location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.
What Mike Dociu dislikes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The food at any Chipotle is generally good, but this location is an exception. The staff often have an attitude and seem to be in a hurry. I ordered a bowl two days in a row, and both times it was only filled halfway. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The employees always seem more focused on getting back to their phones than providing good service. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5, but the service and a... View all feedback.

Excellent food, great service, would recomend the lunch menu. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Where do I start: Parking lot: well paved, clean lines, easy access to front entrance. Entrance: doors seemed well maintained, seems that standard lubrication has been applied vigorously as the doors flew open like the parting of the Red Sea. Pick up line: got the food right away but here is the problem the drink that was ordered among our big food order was assumed that the cup will be filled at the soft drink fountains. Even though our time is valuable, which was necessary for us to use the designated “fast pick up procedure”, the principle of ordering a drink should include a filled cup with requested liquid with lid and straw on the side. Especially a specific order as unique as a medium blueberry fresca. Overall service: As we walked to the car, we realized we needed a few extra limes and/or lemons to squeeze onto our food. A designated spokesman went up to the counter to ask for the extra limes/lemons, and the chipotle employee (without checking or even without breaking eye contact) replied saying “no, we’re fresh out”. Words that will live in infamy. You’re telling me that in the entire chipotle establishment had no limes or lemons when we all know that 90% of the food has lemon/lime in their recipe. The picture attached illustrates the lack of limes and/or lemons we have after our encounter with this restaurant. As a caring individual in our community, I advise that a request for an ingredient or any food of appropriate sorts should be checked on after the request is submitted. In conclusion, Chipotle, get more limes and lemons. Thank you Chipotle for sending us back to our wives without their requested citrus fruits. Ps. Chips and guac was very salty.
We order food. Because of the app, it is not what I and my family expected, the burrito had more rice and beans than meat, the bowl had almost no chicken, I asked for extra cheese and nothing, I will not return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Please fill the bag of tortilla chips at least halfway. Over two dollars for 10 chips you kidding.
Went in for a chicken quesadilla and was told they could only make me a kids order. If I wanted one I’d have to order it online. I was unable to order it in line!! WTH?? I walked out and will never go back.
I frequent Chipotle's all over the area and this is the only one that continuously doesn't have the vinaigrette available. It's not just that they run out, they NEVER have it. It seems like they just don't make it. Very disappointing.
I am SO disappointed after going here to order 2 burritos tonight. First, the kid serving me looked like he was annoyed and he was rushing me. Never even smiled—like he hated his job! I had to ask him to add more rice on both of the burritos, because 3 tablespoons weren’t going to cut it! Then he was rushing so fast (no one else was online behind me), that I missed asking for salsa on one of them, and he put VERY little meat on one of the burritos (mine), to the point where 2/3 of it had NO meat when I cut into it! I also ordered a large (lol) queso to go with chips I had at home. No drinks and yet the bill was over $35.00! Of course, avocado is always extra money!! When I told my husband he said he noticed that they were putting way less food in the orders when he had stopped there a few times with his friend. We both decided we were done with this place! They only got 2 stars because the cashier was friendly! It’s definitely not the same as it used to be, and with the cost of things today, they can take advantage of two less people (us) in the future! Shame on them!

I always order the Guac, but sometimes there's too much cilantro or jalapeños in some bites. However, the bowls last me for days and I just add more rice.
