Bagel Lovers Of Patchogue

I waited 10 minutes just to have my order taken. When I finally approached the register, the staff behind the counter completely overlooked me. After another 15 minutes, someone finally asked if I was there to pick up an order, but I let her know that I hadn’t placed one yet. She assured me that someone would assist me, but once again, I was ignored while they asked the guy next to me if he needed help—twice! I didn’t even get the chance to try the food and ended up leaving. From what I've read in other reviews, it seems like I'm not missing much. This place is a mess.

Bagels have definitely worsened over the years. This used to be our go-to place, but the quality has noticeably dropped since COVID.

I was quite disappointed with my order. I went for the Everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and bacon, but when I opened it, I found the amount of cream cheese to be lacking. As shown in the picture and in the cross-section, there was only a small smear on the bottom slice, nothing at all on the top, and just a little bacon. The bagel itself was actually quite good, but for $6, you’d expect a generous serving of cream cheese, especially in a bagel shop. In Queens, you can get a thick spread that covers half the bagel for the same price! I really hope they can enhance this aspect of their service.

Food was great until I got a hair in my bagel. Will not going back. No one wears hair nets and girls are always swinging their hair around next to the grill. Should have taken a picture for proof.

I went there last week, OMG the place was disgusting. There was food all over the floor and tables was disgusting. I don’t think they have not mop or dust for 2 months. How you have staff 3 or 4 employees work there don’t realize it so gross with garbage on floor everywhere . How do you run the places.!
