The Loft At Cumberland - Pataskala

Our party arrived at our appointed time and was told there was no reservation and that it was open seating. After clearing our own table we settled in, our drink orders were taken. We ordered 6 waters just to hold us over until we got our menu's'. After a half and hour we received 2 waters and no menus. Our server was busy taking care of a larger group and paid no attention to us even when we tried to flag her down. I was completely embarrassed as I was the one who suggested going there. After 45 minutes we got up and left. I was a member here 2 years ago and the food and service was awesome. Now you can't get me to come back.

Disappointed. Restaurant management was horrible. Don’t bother going. We have gone 4 times in this month — and 3 times — food was awesome. Hot and crispy fries (not seasoned) — stuffed peppers (w beef) but today — Stuffed peppers were with PORK?? Dry and chewy. When I asked management — the response was that I should have asked. Poor response from management.

We ordered a Rueben a patty melt a salad and a margarita.. all were good and reasonably priced.

We really like going here to eat, but the waitress never know the special’s they are serving, and never knows anything about the drinks. When asked I always get I don’t know I’ve only worked here for a little bit ,like today I asked if there were any food special’s, they said no. When I got home I noticed on here that it was taco Tuesday.I think if your working there you should know what’s going on.
