My husband and I tried Rusty's Wharf a couple of years ago, but we got takeout right before they were about to close and weren't happy with our food. We decided to give it another try, and this time we were not disappointed. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was professional and polite, and the restaurant was very clean with a nice rustic beach vibe. We will definitely dine in again. View all feedback.
The food is delicious and affordable. You order at the counter, and your meal is quickly delivered to your table while it's still hot and fresh. My group of four each tried different dishes, and we all enjoyed everything!
The food was absolutely delicious! I just wish I lived closer to Rusty.
I ordered the fish basket, which came with a chicken finger and some shrimp. My husband got the same fish basket, along with baked beans and coleslaw. The atmosphere was nice and family-friendly, and the service was excellent. However, the fish had a peculiar flavor, and my husband even wondered if it was actually cod. I found that the tartar sauce masked the strange taste for me, so I enjoyed the chicken, shrimp, chips, and beans. My husband particularly liked the coleslaw. The batter was wonderfully crispy. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience, but I'm still contemplating the fish.
