Ox-b’s - Pataskala

I went there to buy dinner last night 10/12/22. I ordered five chili dogs with extra onion and specifically said no cheese. I also ordered an order of waffle fries. My girlfriend and my son also ordered food. Their food was correct but mine was not. My chili dogs had cheese and I did not get my fries. I got back in my truck and brought the chili dogs back and attempted to re-order. The girl tried to argue with me saying I did not say no cheese. I said I did. She then went back and proceeded to talk s about me to the cook saying he 's cappin! And she says she never rang up my fries so I must not have ordered them. She then continued to talk very loud saying he 's cappin to the cook. I was absolutely furious and after I cussed her out I grabbed my dogs that I didn 't want and stormed out. She is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. Nice employees you have there!! Absolutely pathetic display from a girl who clearly just chose not to listen to my order!! Just awful. I can 't believe any small business would employ such a pathetic team in that cashier and cook!! Maybe if they focused on providing good customer service I 'd come back but I kind of doubt it. She 's lucky she doesn 't work for me because no one who acts like that and accuses customers of lying when she just didn 't do her job would be fired immediately. Think this through you pathetic excuse for an employee.... Why would I bring the food back if it was correct??? No one would waste their time doing that. Is this the type of customer service OX-B 's is proud of? I 'd prefer to give negative stars but since one star is the least option I 'll go with that but they don 't even deserve one star. Shameful

Ordered extra chicken and waffle fries and got neither. 3 pieces of chicken and regular waffle fries. Ordered to pickup curbside and still had to go in to get it. Service sucks, paid extra for chicken and waffle fries and got nothing.

This place is great. I’ve been several times and have ordered something different every time. Every time it is great. But beware of DoorDash! I was going to place an order on DoorDash and it came out to $57!!! I ordered it from OX-Bs site… $38. Almost a $20 up charge just to place an order through them!?!? This chicken is worth getting in your car and driving to go get.

OMG! This is the first chicken place to offer tofu wings that I've seen in Columbus. However, I do not frequent chicken spots. I came here to get my cousin something to eat. The service was very friendly and the options were tremendous.
