Jersey Mike's Subs - Pataskala

I always enjoy the food here. For my takeout lunch, everything was excellent. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.

I had a terrible experience with their delivery service. On Friday, June 3, I ordered a chicken Philly cheesesteak through their app, which cost $16.55. I tried to file a complaint via the app, but the local store was supposed to respond, and I didn't hear back until six days later. When I finally received a reply, the representative said she would instruct the branch manager to process a refund for my order. However, all I got was an extra brownie worth $1.59, and still no refund. When I called the person who initially followed up with me, I couldn't reach anyone. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I've decided to delete their app and take my business elsewhere.

So I ordered a #26 on the app yesterday to be delivered, which happened it everything was fine. I wanted to reorder again but the app wouldn't give me an option for that sub. I wanted to call and ask if there was a reason for this and the phone number didn't go through... saying the mailbox was full. Are you kidding me?? How does a company not have a working phone, based off these reviews this store has some managerial issues. I like jersey Mike's but will not be giving this store any more of my money.

I'm a trucker and when I am bobtail often come to this location since there is generally room for me to park bobtail. Always like their sandwiches and cookies
