The antipasto di monti featured excellent cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, and an artisanal buffalo mozzarella of extraordinary quality. The highlights of the evening were a majestic 1.3 kg Florentine steak and an impeccable tagliata, both served on a hot stone directly at the table, showcasing both flavor and presentation. A selection of varied and beautifully crafted desserts rounded off the meal. An experience to remember and certainly one to repeat.
