After we had picked it up and built it at home, the foot end was damaged because we had not got any setup instructions. Because the screws in the side parts were different lengths, which was not evident because they were incorporated in the side part. And so a piece of the coating burst through it. The bed was still fully usable, but didn't look nice. We were then at Mömax to reorder the board, we explained to the seller how the damage occurred and she gave us a bill with which we could pick up a new foot end for our bed for free in the goods outlet. We didn't expect that. That's what I call Top Service.

Head of department and salesman with their activity overheaded. Wouldn't even buy me tealights at this club.
