Bought several times and they never fail to cook the chicken very well their fries are amazing and the sauces they give on the side are the best in town it's different then the normal sauce you would normally get in a peruvian restaurant View all feedback.
What Dani H doesn't like about La Cabana Elegante:
I don 't know what the hype is all about for this restaurant because the ribs were raw and eating pork raw is for sure going to make people sick as pork has some really nasty bacteria. The arroz chaufa was horrible with no taste at all. In fact my 12 year old makes it much better and the fried potatoes were also raw. On the bright side, the soda was excellent. This is not a restaurant for people who know about food. View all feedback.
Ordered through Grubhub. The food comes in large portions...1/2 tray for entrees and Chinese styrofoam container for apps. Ordered at 5:30pm, arrived at 7:10pm. Papa la huancaina was really good. A lot of eggs, slightly spicy cheese sauce, and a lot of potatoes. The food lacked Some flavor in the lomo saltado but good. A lot of fresh French fries. Tallarine was great too. See pictures for actually.
Food is delicious. Prices are so good. The only problem is. No delivery and if you want something to be delivered to you. You will have to pay a taxi sevice that they have and is going to charge you and extra $8 dollars. Just for delivery and is a very complicated process, because you have to call the taxi first then call the reataurant then call the taxi again or txt him your order so he could pick your order up. But if you are willing to do so. The food is excellent!!!!
Gave this place a shot on UberEats and glad i did. The portions are generous and all the ingredients fresh. I'm excited to try a bunch of other things on the menu.
