However, over time, the quality of the service has declined noticeably. In my latest order on Monday, July 28th, I asked for a chicken salad without peppers but received one with peppers instead. There have also been recurring issues with missing items in my orders. When I tried to address these problems with the staff, they were rude and even hung up on me. Because of this, I’ve decided to start ordering from a restaurant closer to me.

I ordered from Castillo more than five times and always picked up my orders since I live in a different town. However, today the woman working there was extremely rude and made picking up my food very difficult. I placed my order through DoorDash and showed her my receipt and phone order to prove it was mine, but she insisted I provide a number I didn’t have. Fortunately, another customer stepped in to explain the situation to her. Her attitude was rude and disrespectful. I will never spend my money there again.

The counter staff were also very friendly.
